Operating rules

  1. Invoicing for extracurricular activities will take place in three quarters and payments will be made in November, January and April. Cancellations, for those activities that are not team sports, must be communicated before the 20th of the previous month.
  2. The College will endeavour to organise the schools in such a way as to make attendance at several schools compatible with the adjustment of timetables.
  3. The duration of the extracurricular activities that take place at midday will be one full hour. The timetable will vary depending on the educational stage to which they belong.
  4. In athletics, basketball, football 7-a-side and football 11-a-side schools, the second child enrolled will receive a 50% discount. (equipment not included in discount).
    1. If a student takes part in two of these extracurricular activities, he/she will receive a 50% discount on the second activity. (equipment not included in discount).
    2. In such cases, please inform the relevant department by email: mpablos@colegiobase.com.
    3. The price of the activities offered for two days, if only one day is taken, will have a 40% discount. Team activities, football, football 7-a-side and basketball that are federated do not contemplate this possibility, as training must take place every day.
  5. A minimum number of registered students is required for each school to start.
  6. We remind all registered students that their behaviour during the activities must be the same as in the rest of the activities organised by the school. Failure to do so may result in the expulsion of the student from the school.
  7. In team sports, withdrawals may only be made for reasons of force majeure. The minimum stay is one month, which is a basic rule so as not to harm the team.
  8. The payment of the sports equipment will always be obligatory and complete, regardless of the time of the athlete’s discharge.
